Job summary

Teledyne Reynolds Inc is seeking a Planning Manager to lead production planning, material coordination, and stockroom operations in a high-mix, low-volume defense electronics environment. You will align demand with material availability and shop floor execution to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with ITAR and DFARS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
5+ years in production planning, logistics, or supply chain roles; 2+ years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of MRP-driven planning and inventory control.
Experience with defense industry compliance requirements.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and KPI tracking.
U.S. Citizen required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production plans balancing capacity, labor, and material availability.
Oversee stockroom and material control, FIFO, and traceability of sensitive materials.
Ensure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, AS9100 flow-downs and customer requirements.
Direct planners and stockroom staff; drive coaching and improvements.
Lead continuous improvement to reduce lead times and optimize inventory.
Track KPIs and report performance to site leadership.
