We are seeking a disciplined and execution-focused Planning Manager to lead production planning, material coordination, and stockroom operations in a high-mix, low-volume defense electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for aligning demand, material availability, and shop floor execution to support on-time delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy, material control, and compliance with defense industry requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong planning rigor, hands-on leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to balance structure and flexibility in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical bridge between Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Program Management.
Ensure all planning and logistics activities comply with applicable defense industry regulations and standards, including ITAR, DFARS, AS9100 flow-downs, and customer-specific requirements.
Champion continuous improvement in planning and logistics processes, including lead time reduction, inventory optimization, system utilization, and visual management.
Track, analyze, and report planning and logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, kit readiness, shortages and inventory turns, providing regular updates to site leadership.

Salary Range: $120,300.00-$160,400.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
