Job summary

Marrons is a growing UK planning consultancy recruiting for Senior/Associate/Associate Director level Planners to join our Sheffield team. You will help lead strategic planning projects, work on land promotions and planning applications, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues to deliver developments.

Qualifications

• A relevant planning qualification is essential.
• RTPI membership or progress toward it is expected.
• Solid understanding of planning processes and systems.
• Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Driven, enthusiastic and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development potential of land and buildings.
• Assist with preparing planning applications and appeals.
• Provide policy advice and research to form planning strategies.
• Draft representations for plan consultations and examinations.
• Work with clients and consultants to deliver development.
• Support business development activities.
