- Support the development of lash category strategies aligned with global brand goals and regional market needs.
- Coordinate product development tasks including packaging updates, pricing inputs, and regional adaptation needs.
- Partner with domestic and international teams—including R&D, sourcing, packaging, and design—to ensure alignment on product specs, timelines, and market requirements.
- Assist in preparing product samples and presentations for domestic and international partners.
- Track competitor activity and beauty trends across global markets.
