Job summary

You will translate inputs from QBO, Annual Planning, ELT Scorecard, and action tracking into clear direction for working teams, ensuring timely, high-quality planning cycles. You will partner with the Director of Strategy & Planning and executives to anticipate needs, remove barriers, and drive cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related work experience.
• 4+ years in business operations, corporate planning, or similar roles.
• 2+ years coordinating with senior/executive teams.
• 2+ years leading cross-team projects from planning to completion.
• Experience delivering work across multiple priorities with changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage agenda creation, attendee curation, and cross-organizational communication with ELT strategy and planning teams to ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Partner with the Director of Strategy & Planning and EA to anticipate needs and remove barriers for leadership to focus on outcomes.
• Ensure planning cycles run on time with quality and clear prioritization across teams.
