Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Planning Manager to act as the operational backbone of its Corporate Planning function. You will translate complex data from QBO, Annual Planning, ELT Scorecard, and action tracking into clear direction for cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with senior leaders to maintain alignment with Cisco’s core strategy. Ideal candidates bring strong experience in planning processes, executive exposure, and a demonstrated ability to influence without direct

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience, or a Master’s with 4+ years.
• 4+ years in business operations, corporate planning, executive support, or similar.
• 2+ years coordinating with executives or senior management.
• 2+ years leading projects across one or more teams from planning through completion.
• Experience delivering work across multiple concurrent priorities when timelines change.

Mansioni

• Manage agenda creation, attendee curation, and cross-organizational communication with ELT core strategy and planning teams.
• Partner with the Director of Strategy & Planning and EA to anticipate needs and remove barriers.
• Ensure planning cycles run on time with quality, keeping priorities aligned and actionable.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree + 7 years related experience
