This role bridges high-level business vision and successful execution across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering. You will lead data-backed decision making, develop value cases, and refine user stories while mentoring federated teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, IT or related field.
• Experience leading multiple programs and/or large functional teams.
• 8+ years in business or IT consulting, business operations or integration roles.
• Deep expertise in two or more business capability domains (e.g. Order management, Compensation, Sales Performance Management).
• Knowledge in product management disciplines and practical operations experience.
• Ability to drive organization-wide change and explore AI practices for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with peers and partners across internal and external teams.
• Manages team projects and participates in multi-functional initiatives.
• Performs data analysis and generates reports using domain knowledge.
• Develops and leads business analysis programs and governance.
