Qualifications

• 7+ years in Chief of Staff, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or Consulting.
• Proven track record planning and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work strategically, efficiently and collaboratively across departments.
• Understanding of financial modeling, analytics and statistics.
• Advanced presentation and Microsoft Office capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders and CEO regarding planning and updates.
• Defines success metrics and provides structure and organization.
• Prepares and manages board materials, ensuring timely delivery and clear objectives.
• Assists with all-hands company meetings and cross-team communications.
• Supports ELT with sensitivity in correspondence and strategic priority handling.
• Conducts financial modeling and strategic analysis to guide decision-making.
