Qualifications

• Bachelor's/4 yr degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills: storyline, hierarchy, visuals for execs.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive discussions into clear, compelling storylines and presentations for leadership and the Board.
• Identify key messages and structure complex business issues into persuasive narratives.
• Develop executive briefing materials, strategic recommendations, and discussion documents.
• Support strategic planning through analysis of performance, trends, and priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and communicate objectives.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and insights to inform planning.
• Prepare presentations for investors, executives, and stakeholders.
