Job summary

CyrusOne, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to own the 5-year financial planning model end to end. You will partner with senior leadership to highlight actions that improve financial performance and establish robust reporting and forecast accuracy.

This role drives scenario analyses and capital allocation discussions with Corporate Development and Capital Markets. You will collaborate with operations, accounting and FP&A to ensure inputs are accurate and the LRP aligns with annual

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive Finance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Experience with OneStream or similar planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the long-range planning (LRP) financial model end to end, including architecture, data integrity and version control.
• Model pro forma impacts of growth opportunities (organic/inorganic, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships).
• Prepare and present the 5-year plan and related analyses to executives, Board and sponsors.
• Collaborate with ops, development, accounting and FP&A to source inputs and reconcile LRP with budget and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement of the LRP model and its integration with planning systems like OneStream.
• Monitor liquidity and covenant headroom, and identify funding needs with financing alternatives.
