Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive Finance experience with corporate finance background.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience with OneStream or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-range planning model end to end, including architecture and data integrity.
• Model pro forma impacts of growth opportunities and scenarios.
• Monitor liquidity and covenant headroom; assess funding needs.
• Prepare and present the 5-year plan to executives, Board and sponsors.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting and FP&A to align inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as assigned.
