Job summary

CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator, invites an Asset Manager to join the Finance team. You will support life cycle management and reporting of data center assets, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting on asset-level performance.

This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and includes deal sourcing and underwriting, due diligence on tenants and financial statements, and collaboration with corporate FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of real estate experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting of asset-level revenues, Opex, and Capex.
• Prepare executive reporting on asset performance.
• Sourcing and underwriting new deals and renewals.
• Conduct due diligence on tenants, operating statements, and market position.
