Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Planning, BI, FP&A, Strategy, or Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning, long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across key business initiatives.
• Develop forecasts and outlooks based on historical performance, drivers, trends, and assumptions.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Build financial models, ROI analyses, and investment evaluations to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and own KPI framework; standardize definitions, targets, data sources, and reporting cadence.
