Job summary

You will develop executive presentations, collaborate with Legal and Compliance, and monitor portfolio performance while guiding cross-functional teams across the business. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, governance, business operations, program management, or a related field.
• Experience within healthcare, managed care, PBM, retail pharmacy, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading business planning processes, governance programs, or executive review cycles.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of multi-year and annual payer strategy plans.
• Manage governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and executive review forums to support effective business operations.
• Monitor portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, and business risks, providing recommendations and insights to leadership.
• Develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and planning materials that support key business decisions.
