Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Manager for Strategy Planning & Governance to lead long-term payer strategy planning, governance, and portfolio oversight. You will drive alignment on priorities, oversee decision frameworks, and present strategic insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires advanced communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex governance processes while partnering with Legal and Compliance to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, governance, or related field.
• Experience within healthcare, managed care, PBM, retail pharmacy, or related industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading governance programs and executive review cycles.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of multi-year and annual payer strategy plans.
• Manage governance processes and executive review forums.
• Monitor portfolio performance, initiatives, and business risks with leadership insights.
• Develop executive presentations and strategic planning materials.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure governance standards.
