The Senior Manager, Strategy Planning & Governance is responsible for leading strategic planning, governance, and portfolio oversight activities that support the long-term success of the Payer Relations organization. This role drives alignment on business priorities, decision-making processes, and risk management practices while providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical leader with experience in business planning, governance, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
