Responsibilities
- Support annual and multi-year planning efforts, including goals, priorities, investments, and roadmaps.
- Develop recommendations and assessments to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Evaluate emerging opportunities, risks, and market trends affecting strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive improvements in customer experience and performance.
- Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.
