CVS Health in Woonsocket, RI seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy Planning & Governance to lead strategic planning, governance, and portfolio oversight for the Payer Relations organization. You will align priorities, shape decision processes, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

The role involves developing multi-year payer strategy plans, managing governance forums, monitoring portfolio performance and risks, and crafting executive presentations and communications for key business

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, governance, business operations, program management, or a related field.
Experience within healthcare, managed care, PBM, or related industry.
Demonstrated experience leading business planning processes, governance programs, or executive review cycles.
Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of multi-year and annual payer strategy plans.
Manage governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and executive review forums to support effective business operations.
Monitor portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, and business risks, providing recommendations and insights to leadership.
Develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and planning materials that support key business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Legal and Compliance, to ensure governance standards and strategic commitments are effectively managed.
