Shields Health seeks a Manager, Strategic Planning & Executive Decision Support to partner with the President, CFO, and executive team on strategic topics and high‑level presentations. You will translate priorities into cohesive materials and drive end‑to‑end development for leadership communications.

The role harmonizes strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, coordinating approximately 30 board meetings per cycle and delivering clear, decision‑ready materials on time.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, FP&A or analytical roles.
• Ability to structure complex problems and synthesize information.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive presentations and strategic communications for Board and leadership meetings.
• Synthesize financial, operational, market, and strategic data into decision-ready materials.
• Own end-to-end content development for major presentations with timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate materials across ~30 board meetings per cycle, manage revisions and reviews.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and narrative.
