Job summary

Shields Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning & Executive Decision Support in Quincy, MA (Hybrid). The role partners with the President, CFO, and Executive Team to shape topics, messages, and decisions for major meetings and presentations.

You will own end-to-end content development for executive materials, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely, polished deliverables across Board cycles. Healthcare knowledge is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Ability to structure complex or ambiguous business problems and synthesize information into conclusions.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to work with senior executives.
• Strong project-management and ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables.
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentation storylines, outlines, executive slides, and supporting materials for Board, shareholder, leadership, and other strategic meetings.
• Synthesize financial, operational, market, and strategic information into concise, decision-oriented executive communications.
• Own end-to-end content-development process for major presentations, including timelines, deadlines, and approvals.
• During Board meeting cycles, coordinate materials across approximately 30 meetings, collecting inputs and consolidating materials.
• Lead editorial and content-quality review, incorporating feedback from senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc business questions for the President and senior leadership.
