Job summary

Shields Health seeks a Manager, Strategic Planning & Executive Decision Support in Quincy, MA (Hybrid) to lead high-priority strategic initiatives and develop executive-level presentations and decision materials. This role partners with the President, CFO, and senior leaders to shape topics and communications for Board and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus but not required.
• Typically 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Ability to structure complex problems and synthesize information into clear conclusions.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and coordinate across functions without direct authority.
• Curiosity, judgment, and hands-on execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President, CFO, VP of Strategic Decision Support, and Executive Team to shape topics, messages, questions, and decisions for major meetings and presentations.
• Develop presentation storylines, outlines, executive-level slides, and supporting materials for Board, shareholder, leadership, and other strategic meetings.
• Synthesize financial, operational, market, and strategic information into concise executive communications.
• Own end-to-end content-development for major presentations, including timelines, deadlines, and approvals.
• Coordinate materials across ~30 board meetings per cycle, collecting inputs and managing revisions.
• Collaborate with leaders to establish expectations and timelines; drive material completion.
• Integrate inputs into a cohesive presentation with consistent messaging and narrative.
• Lead editorial and content-quality reviews, incorporating senior leadership feedback.
