Job summary

Shields Health Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning & Executive Decision Support to advance high-priority strategic initiatives and develop executive-level presentations and decision materials.

This role partners with the President, CFO, VP of Strategic Decision Support, and the Executive Team to shape topics, messages, and decision-ready materials. The position owns end-to-end content development for major presentations, coordinates Board-cycle materials (approximately 30

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or related field.
Typically 3–5+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, FP&A/strategic finance, or related roles.
Strong ability to structure complex problems and synthesize information into clear conclusions.
Excellent PowerPoint and executive communications skills.

Responsibilities

Develop executive-level presentations and materials for Board, shareholder, and leadership meetings.
Coordinate materials for Board cycles (about 30 meetings per cycle) including timelines, content collection, and revisions.
Provide strategic support on priority initiatives and ad hoc leadership questions.
Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality communications.
