Job summary

Moog is seeking a Business Process Champion - Planning to lead end-to-end planning processes for the MAG during BMP. The role aligns ERP/MES/PLM activities with SAP Activate guidelines, driving standardization and continuous improvement across planning operations.

Based in East Aurora, NY, this on-site position requires collaboration with Project Process Engineers, ERP analysts, and business stakeholders, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in planning platforms, with ERP/MES/PLM integrations.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning processes.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities; bridges technical and business perspectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (≤10%).

Responsibilities

• Own and design planning processes aligned with program goals.
• Harmonize planning processes across operations and govern documentation.
• Lead project execution with engineers, ERP analysts, and stakeholders.
• Support testing cycles, data migration, and change management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
