Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, data center operations, capacity planning, or technology lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments including compute, storage, networking, cloud, and data center technologies.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, automation, operational planning, and problem-solving skills, with experience presenting recommendations to executive team members.
• Demonstrable ability to employ AI-powered tools and data analytics to improve business outcomes while collaborating across technical and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Capacity Planning & Operations: Maintain a comprehensive view of global infrastructure capacity across on-premises and cloud environments. Track capacity by region, platform, business unit, and service tier. Monitor utilization to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps against forecasted demand. Drive reallocation of underutilized resources to improve efficiency and investments.
• Forecasting & Optimization: Develop rolling 3-, 6-, 12-, and 24-month capacity forecasts using demand signals and roadmaps. Use AI-assisted forecasting and digital modeling to identify trends and improve decisions on resource prioritization.
• Governance & Lifecycle Management: Establish capacity planning processes, standards, and governance across hybrid environments. Define policies for buffers, thresholds, and lifecycle management. Lead periodic reviews with stakeholders to communicate risks and recommendations.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop executive dashboards and metrics to support capacity and investment decisions. Collaborate across teams to align demand forecasts with readiness and present insights to partners.
