Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
• Minimum five years of casino industry experience preferred
• Strong in financial analysis and budgeting
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Proficiency with ERP, BI tools and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Direct the Planning & Analysis department's operations and staff
• Develops, implements and manages operational goals and performance metrics
• Prepare budgets and monitor adherence; report deviations to executive management
• Analyze profitability and advise on margin improvements
• Develop presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews
• Present analyses to executives from corporate and property
• Maintain and distribute key operating metrics
• Ensure data-driven decision making and regulatory compliance
