Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Analytics Director to lead the Strategic Analytics function. You will partner with senior leaders across Gaming, Marketing, VIP, and Hospitality to drive profit through rigorous analyses and actionable insights.

The role requires advanced SQL, data visualization, and programming experience, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in analytics or related roles.
• Advanced SQL and experience with R, VBA, SAS or Python.
• Experience using web-based visualization tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and allocate resources.
• Lead objective analyses and deliver insights to improve profitability and operations.
• Develop and communicate ideas for strategic initiatives to drive profit.
• Design and deliver reporting showing trends and performance drivers.
• Champion use of SQL, R, Tableau, BigQuery, Python and related tools.
• Mentor juniors and build a pipeline of analytic talent.
