Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution.
• MBA preferred.
• At least three years casino experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present to executives.
• Broad knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience with computer report writing software is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills essential.
• Financial modeling experience essential.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications and other data analysis systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in Planning & Analysis; manage operational goals.
• Conduct short and long-term financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in budget process for the department.
• Calculate profitability of marketing programs.
• Oversee annual budget preparation and communicate findings.
• Monitor labor costs and identify efficiencies.
• Maintain compliance with Gaming Commission and internal controls.
• Promote superior customer service.
