Central City Concern is seeking a Business Planning and Strategy Consultant to shape strategic decisions at one of Oregon’s leading nonprofits dedicated to ending homelessness and advancing health equity.

The role connects strategy, finance, operations, and analytics to build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses that influence executive decisions and sustain the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, finance, healthcare, or related field with 5 years of quantitative modeling experience.
• Bachelor's degree with professional certification such as PMI-PBA and 5 years of modeling experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of modeling experience in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and strategic analysis efforts across services, finance, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to project revenue, costs, and utilization.
• Develop pro forma models and scenario analyses to evaluate viability.
