Job summary

CARE Wellness Center & Services is seeking a Strategic Planner to support our Executive Team in developing and maintaining the organization's strategic direction. The role includes strategic planning, systems development, and program coordination, aimed at enhancing community wellness, particularly among BIPOC individuals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with nonprofit experience, able to manage complex systems and communicate effectively. This position is remote with flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to the values of spirituality, sustainability, wellness, and racial equity.
• Experience in strategic planning, nonprofit management, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in updating the Strategic Plan and funding roadmap.
• Maintain systems in SharePoint and Notion CRM.
• Sync weekly with Program roles to ensure operational alignment.
