Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, healthcare, or another relevant field and 5 years of experience with quantitative modeling and analysis of business scenarios in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 1 professional certification such as PMI-PBA or similar and 5 years of experience with quantitative modeling and analysis of business scenarios; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7 years of experience with quantitative modeling and analysis of business scenarios in complex environments
• Financial or business analyst experience in a healthcare, social services, or safety net setting.
• High level of computer literacy, including the ability to learn new applications.
• Proficient with business intelligence tools, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strongly preferred: knowledge of Electronic medical records; web-based collaboration tools like Mural or Miro.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and strategic analysis efforts.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, data and other teams to perform revenue projections, cost analysis, financial modeling, service utilization analysis, and scenario comparisons.
• Develop pro forma financial models and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial viability under different assumptions.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable findings.
• Produce executive summaries and key messages for leadership audiences.
• Support project prioritization, governance, and development of business plans for new initiatives.
• Build dashboards, models, and reports to support decision-making.
