The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Development to help govern the Annual Business Cycle and 1-3 Year Plans for the North America zone. You will connect Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure aligned, disciplined planning.

You will prepare analyses, decks, and scorecards for leadership reviews and translate commercial strategy into clear planning inputs, while supporting senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial planning, marketing or sales strategy, IBP/S&OP or related roles.
Familiar with formal planning cycles (IBP, S&OP, AOP/1YP or similar).
Strong ability to translate strategy into planning inputs for leadership.

Responsibilities

Support governance of the Annual Business Cycle and 1-3 year plans for the North America zone.
Prepare analyses, decks, and scorecards to inform leadership decisions.
Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align plans.
Translate commercial strategy into actionable planning inputs and ensure accuracy.
