BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Planning & Allocation Lead in Marlborough, MA. You’ll oversee a team of planners and analysts to optimize product flow, forecast performance, and align merchandising with store strategies across channels.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• At least 5+ years relevant experience, managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual bottom-up merchandise plans that deliver company sales, margin, and inventory goals.
• Lead all financial forecasting within categories using data-driven analytics and BI insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on inputs to forecast and share outputs to drive alignment.
• Guide teammates on actions to improve results as trends impact metrics.
• Lead end-to-end omni-channel inventory management and allocation processes.
• Collaborate with merchants in pre-season to build assortment and inventory needs.
• Provide assessments during in-season milestones to support business actions.
• Ensure exit strategies are defined for End of Life products.
