You will translate complex operational data into actionable insights, partner with leaders across Planning, Allocation, and Supply Chain, and drive inventory and product-flow improvements.

About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join a high-impact analytics team responsible for improving operational outcomes in our Planning and Allocation team as well as the broader supply chain. Our Supply Chain Analytics team serves as the company’s central analytics authority on inventory, the lifeblood of the company, and its movement through the supply chain. We work with stakeholders across the organization including Merchandising, Transportation, and Distribution Operations to translate complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and tools that drive measurable improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, partnering with business leaders, and using analytics to influence real-world outcomes at scale.

Job Responsibilities

Your work will focus on driving business outcomes through data. You will partner with leaders across Planning and Allocation and Supply Chain to solve high-impact operational problems involving inventory and product flow. Typical work includes:

• Building analytical tools and frameworks that guide supply chain decisions at scale
• Writing SQL queries and working with large datasets to extract and analyze information
• Supporting root cause analysis on operational issues (e.g., out-of-stocks, inventory imbalances, DC performance)
• Assisting in the development of models, frameworks, and analyses used by the team
• Translating data into clear summaries and insights for stakeholders
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analyses
• Learning and applying best practices in analytics, data modeling, and visualization

Your work will contribute to improving inventory productivity, supply chain efficiency, and sales across the BJ’s network.

Experience

Office Environment

Hybrid position with 3-days per week in the Marlborough, MA corporate office. This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

Compensation

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $68,500.00 - $87,500.00
