Job summary

Hunter Recruiting is seeking a Physician Recruiter to identify, attract, and place qualified physicians with healthcare organizations across the country. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with healthcare recruiting.

The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to successful placement, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of physician recruiting or healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and place physicians across various specialties.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability.
