Job summary

Rutherford Regional Health System, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Physician Services Operations Analyst to analyze financial and operational data across physician practices and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

You will build monthly reports, identify efficiency improvements, and collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in an analyst role within a professional setting; healthcare or physician practice operations experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and present monthly reports and performance metrics to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reports for business analysis and decision-making.
