Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with research, data collection, and trend analyses to provide information to administrators and staff in support of decision-making processes.
• Reviews company policies and business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Analyzes data and information to identify business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Works closely with executive management to achieve outcomes aligned with company goals.
• Recommends and updates policies and procedures to improve organizational performance.
• Enhances workflow processes and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Creates monthly reports for management highlighting key findings, trends, and assessments.
