Job summary

Excalibur Healthcare is expanding its recruiting team to accelerate physician hiring and candidate pipeline development in Moorestown, NJ. You will join an existing recruiter to source, screen, and nurture qualified physicians while supporting company growth targets.

You will partner with leadership to align sourcing with staffing priorities, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and continually improve pipelines with a focus on long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven success recruiting physicians.
• Eagerness to "work the phone".
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
• Organized, proactive, adaptable.
• Strong background in relationship-building and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our existing recruiter to source and screen radiologists using existing intake channels.
• Own your share of the full recruitment lifecycle: relationship building, interviews, offer and contract stages, and onboarding support.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines with focus on long-term relationship building.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and operations teams to align sourcing with staffing priorities.
• Experiment with sourcing strategies and channels; sharing successes as a team effort.
• Ensure strong candidate selection with the goal of successful onboarding.
• Meet recruitment performance metrics while maintaining quality standards.
