Job summary

Excalibur Healthcare, PA is expanding its recruiting team to accelerate physician hiring and candidate pipeline development. You'd join our existing recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source, screen, and nurture qualified physicians while supporting company growth targets.

You will partner with leadership to source radiologists, own your portion of the lifecycle, and develop pipelines focused on long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven success recruiting physicians.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Eager to "work the phone".
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
• Organized, proactive, adaptable.
• Strong background in relationship-building and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our existing recruiters to source and screen radiologists using established intake channels.
• Own your share of the full recruitment lifecycle: relationship building, interviews, offers, contracts, onboarding support.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and operations teams to align sourcing with staffing priorities.
• Experiment with sourcing strategies and channels; share successes as a team effort.
• Ensure strong candidate selection with the goal of successful onboarding.
• Meet recruitment performance metrics while maintaining quality standards.
