Job summary

In this role you will develop growth strategies with physician leadership, oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing monitoring, budgets and vendor relations, and ensure quality patient care while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is required for a practice administrator role.
• Experience in staff management, budgeting and billing oversight is preferred.
• Strong communication with physicians, staff and leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between physicians and office employees and with clinical/admin areas.
• Develops growth strategies and business plans with physician leadership.
• Ensures staffing to meet provider work schedules and may assist with compensation systems.
• Monitors billing and collection functions.
• Oversees daily operations, policies, staff development and patient flow.
• Manages staff relations, scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
• Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations.
• Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care with patients, staff and providers.
