Job summary

Middlesex Savings Bank is seeking a Corporate Philanthropy Program Manager to oversee grant programs, scholarships, sponsorships, and financial literacy initiatives within its foundation. The role partners with the Director of Corporate Philanthropy to advance grant evaluation, budgeting, and program goals.

As the primary owner of the Blackbaud grant database, you will develop dashboards, standardize reporting, and drive efficiency across the philanthropic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit/philanthropy/community relations preferred.
• Experience with grants and/or nonprofit program development a plus; strong writing and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to grant program evaluation and alignment with foundation strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for grant and charitable inquiries, including sponsorships.
• Own the grant database (Blackbaud) and create reports; streamline processes between programs.
• Prepare meeting materials and review proposals to support the Director of Corporate Philanthropy and Foundation board.
• Design surveys and improve data collection from grantees; coordinate feedback for applicants.
