Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related nonprofit/philanthropy experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with database management systems, especially Blackbaud, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze grant data in the Blackbaud database and produce reports.
• Support sponsorships, scholarships, financial literacy programs, and grant program activities.
• Prepare materials for meetings and assist the Director of Corporate Philanthropy and Foundation board.
• Design surveys and improve data collection from grantees.
• Coordinate with Marketing to brand and promote programs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting structures to improve efficiency and visibility of impact.
