Universal Health Services is seeking a dynamic Manager - Pharmacy Sourcing in King of Prussia, PA. You will lead enterprise pharmacy sourcing, contracting, and supply chain initiatives across the UHS network, collaborating with corporate pharmacy teams and facility leadership to reduce costs and improve patient care.

The role requires a PharmD/licensed pharmacist with hospital/behavioral experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage RFPs, pricing changes, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist license with hospital/behavioral/physician practice experience.
• Knowledge of drug formularies, GPO, wholesaler and manufacturer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze drug purchasing data and support corporate teams and facility personnel with charge and reimbursement issues.
• Knowledge of pharmacy-related technology and regulatory requirements (DSCSA, USP 797/800).
• Ability to prepare concise summaries and business cases for leadership.
• Willingness to travel to support initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Identify sourcing opportunities and drive cost reductions across total pharmacy spend.
• Lead negotiations for new contracts and enhancements with manufacturers, GPOs, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Develop and report KPIs for contract performance, compliance, and financial results.
• Oversee RFP processes, requirements development, proposal analysis, and implementation planning.
• Monitor contract commitments and develop corrective-action plans when performance lags.
• Partner with clinical leadership on formulary and therapeutic-efficacy opportunities.
• Collaborate on annual Pharmacy Sourcing and Contracting project plan.
