Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Program Manager for Capital Equipment Sourcing to lead the Capital Equipment Sourcing program across 392 facilities, including acute care and behavioral health.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience and deep knowledge of RFP processes and contract terms. You will identify opportunities to place vendors/equipment under contract, manage budgets, and coordinate with Corporate Purchasing and HTM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8 years of related experience required.
• Experience in all aspects of automated Supply Chain systems required.
• Knowledge of Healthcare capital equipment required.
• Knowledge of RFP process, specifications, and contract terms and conditions required.

Responsabilités

• Supports the Capital Equipment Sourcing Program and identifies opportunities with guidance from Corporate Purchasing and HTM.
• Identifies and negotiates bulk buys and maintains vendor relationships.
• Monitors contract compliance, tracks KPIs, and recommends improvements.
• Supports facility-wide conversions with timelines, education tools, and financial information.
• Maintains capital equipment item master files and sourcing calendars.
• Handles funding approvals for capital/project requisitions in CAR/PAC and participates in seminars and training.
