You will perform data collection and analysis, manage contracts in the repository (SharePoint), and assist with contract reviews to ensure terms align with UHS standards. Join a team focused on compliance, cost containment, and process improvement within a Fortune 500

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service oriented.
• High proficiency in Excel including Pivot Charts.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of general supply chain terms and conditions.
• Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize, retain topic focus, and handle a high volume of work with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains necessary data points and performs analytics for contract initiatives and RFPs.
• Manages compliance to purchasing contracts from vendor and facility perspectives.
• Tracks and collates rebate / incentive information.
• Coordinates the investigation, review and implementation of products for program maximization.
• Performs contract management functions including loading contracts in SharePoint and archiving documentation.
• Collaborates on complex projects, managing documentation and meetings.
