Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid WV pharmacist license required.
• Experience in health-system pharmacy administration or clinical pharmacy.
• At least 3–5 years in pharmacy administration or management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements staff training to ensure competence.
• Oversees drug distribution and clinical services meeting national standards.
• Directs staff performance and coordinates schedules.
• Manages budget, labor, and capital planning.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
