Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm D) or equivalent training.
• Post grad 2 in Pharmacy Practice or hospital administration, or equivalent experience.
• Registered Pharmacist in the State of California.
• Seven years of experience with 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Represents Oncology & Infusion Pharmacy Services in interactions with Health System leadership and external partners.
• Establishes system-wide standards for service delivery and coordinates enterprise-level problem-solving.
• Oversees quality assurance and performance improvement programs for oncology and infusion pharmacy services.
• Develops, approves, and enforces departmental policies aligned with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Leads planning for resource needs, staffing models, and site-of-care optimization across campuses.
