UC Davis Health is seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead the Infusion Pharmacy and outpatient oncology services. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee pharmacists and technicians, driving process improvements and program development.

Reporting to the Assistant Chief Pharmacist, you will coordinate with Patient Care Services and other departments to optimize drug utilization, training, and staff development across multiple sites within the UC Davis Health system.

Formación

• Pharmacist licensed in CA, out-of-state ok with CA license within 6 months.
• Pharmacy leadership experience in hospital/Infusion setting or completed Admin residency.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 and CA BOP sterile compounding requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee infusion pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and staff; assess competency and training.
• Coordinate with departments and committees to improve efficiency and drug utilization.
