Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Leader to supervise and coordinate oncology pharmacy services. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure integration with other departments, and drive quality, safety, and regulatory readiness across the cancer center.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, staff development, and collaboration with clinical programs to optimize medication-related care, education, and research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and registration as a Pharmacist (RPh).
• Minimum of 3 years oncology pharmacy experience or completion of Oncology Specialty residency.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating pharmacy services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and structure to the pharmacy service area and supervise assigned staff.
• Integrate pharmacy practices with other cancer center departments and programs.
• Assist with budgeting, compliance, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and evaluate department staff per Moffitt policy.
