UC Davis Health is seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead the Infusion Pharmacy Services within the Comprehensive Cancer Center and PCH Infusion Pharmacy. The role ensures regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and operational efficiency while collaborating with the Chief Pharmacist and care teams.

The manager will oversee training, master formula records, and drug utilization with a focus on safety, quality, and program development in a large academic health system.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or university.
California Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain within six months of hire.
Leadership and supervisory experience in hospital/infusion pharmacy setting.
Knowledge of CA BOP sterile compounding regulations and USP 797/800.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational aspects of Infusion Pharmacy Services.
Supervise pharmacy staff and technicians.
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across Infusion/Oncology services.
Lead process improvements and development of new programs.
Collaborate with Patient Care Services and other departments.
