Job summary

JobRx, Inc. in Randolph, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Specialist to support outpatient and mail order procurement, inventory control, returns processing, and reporting. You will manage PO numbers, ensure accuracy of invoices, and maintain compliance with 340B/WAC guidelines.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician registration, national certification, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with QS1-NRX or similar systems; strong math and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma and strong mathematical skills.
• Preferred: Some college or associate's degree.
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
• National pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or exCPT).
• 3–4 years of related experience in shipping, receiving or inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchasing invoice records and Track & Trace compliance.
• Manage inventory to ensure stock within date and proper shelving.
• Process drug returns and reconcile credits with invoices.
• Execute accurate EDI transmissions and PO management.
• Review routine reports to resolve order issues and optimize par levels.
• Perform cycle counts and document inventory discrepancies.
